Prior to implementing Salesnet CRM, TEC operated via Excel spreadsheets and had no true picture of national sales operations

The basic sales data was straightforward in terms of structure and complexity. Variances existed between States and users due to there being no company-wide mandate as to what was to be recorded or reported back to Head Office.
