For the past 7 years, Smart Selling has been a leader in the delivery of on-demand CRM solutions. During that time the company has emerged as a leader in the development of Sales 2.0 as the norm of business to business sales organisations in Asia Pacific.

In the second half of 2008, Smart Selling undertook a major expansion of the products and services that we support and offer our customers. As a result of this expansion and in line with the company's plans going forward, the business has been rebranded as Smart Selling.

Smart Selling represents our purpose and mission as we move away from simply supplying CRM solutions.

The key to Sales 2.0 is your salespeople being able to interact with a prospect in a moment when the prospect is open to interaction. Sales 2.0 is a completely different game – which is why our focus has changed from delivering CRM solutions to delivering innovation for sales organisations. By focusing on innovation we're not only supporting this brave new world, but we're building a world class ecosystem of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) partners and products.
