First Data Corporate Sales are responsible for the ongoing management of a large, complex portfolio of major customers. Many of these customers are on multi-million dollar, multi-year contracts.

FDI had very limited visibility of these contracts and in many cases had none. This was resulting in significant revenue leakage, lost customers, and lost sales opportunities.
