Instinet engaged Smart Selling to provide a sales-focused CRM solution that could be integrated into proprietary systems and manage large volumes of financial market data.

The integration project involved dealing with large volumes of complex financial industry data including data from different financial markets (NYSE, Nikkei, FTSE, SEHK, Singapore, ASX, SES), currencies (27 actively traded), and this is combined with the data on the equities held by their major customers.
Financial market systems have very specific integration requirements with many being pull-data only.
Daily trade and position information was pushed into Salesnet via specific integration points
