Nayler Recruitment was established in 1998, as the first specialist executive recruitment company to service the building, electrical, engineering and industrial sectors in the country.

Nayler engaged Smart Selling to supply and integrate a digital pen and paper solution from BigAnt. The digital pen solution would be used extensively by Nayler’s consultants to collect candidate interview data. On average, 40-50 interviews would be conducted daily.

The legacy database required updating to better align the database with the structure of the data being collected on the digital forms

The structured XML being routed from the BigAnt service via email as a PDF and XML attachment. Salesnet developed integration to capture these attachments, analyse the data package, and then add this information to the correct candidate record in the database.
