- Integration of third party email marketing software (from Arial Software) – allowing highly customised email campaigns to be generated and sent by users, as well as allowing recipients to interact with the live database to update email preferences.
- Integration of database information with the website including linking this information back to the email marketing system
- Additional integration of the digital pen data into the CRM database including the use of over 500 fields from the digital forms integrated into the system
