Service Central is an Australian organisation redefining how consumers find trades and services. Service Central operates a national sales organisation selling membership to the providers (i.e. electricians, builders, plumbers)

Having implemented Salesnet CRM, Service Central needed to tie the CRM to the website for lead capture and also to a legacy customer system to aide in the processing of new providers.

Integration with the Service Central website was straightforward.

Integration to legacy system involved use of complex API calls to find specific CRM data and manipulate this data to reflect processing outcomes.

Outcomes

Web leads are routed to a number of owners based on the information provided in the web form. This routing includes interpretation to determine if the Lead should go to a Lead Management Team for nurturing, or directly to relevant regional manager.

Post sales processes has eliminated manual finalisation of the sales process. This has lead to faster on-boarding and more accurate updating of CRM records.
