Service Central is an Australian organisation redefining how consumers find trades and services. Service Central operates a national sales organisation selling membership to the providers (i.e. electricians, builders, plumbers)
Prior to engaging Salesnet, Service Central had no systems or structure in place to track, report, or analyse day to day sales operations

The basic sales data – pipeline, sales value, and sales process was straightforward enough. The complexity was introduced due to the lag from the date of a signed registration to the prospect becoming a formal customer. The Executive team need to track registrations submitted, registrations activated, registrations pending, and a breakdown of the sales revenue (one-time fee vs. on-going fees)
