Brisbane, Australia (March 31, 2007) – Smart Selling today announced that the first digital pen and paper project (based on world leading BigAnt technology) has gone live with Nayler Recruitment, one of Australia’s leading recruitment companies.
Utilising the existing business forms, the Smart Selling Digital Pen and Paper solution automates the capture of candidate interviews including work history, specific skills, and the interviewer’s notes about the interview. Utilising integration developed by Smart Selling, the interview information is then loaded into Nayler’s legacy business system and is immediately available to the whole organisation.
As a result of using Smart Selling Digital Pen and Paper, Nayler is able to capture critical information that was previously not available across the business. This is expected to lead to major improvements in the speed at which candidates can be placed with Nayler customers.
“Implementing Smart Selling’s Digital Pen and Paper solution is the first step in our plans to transform our business and achieve significant operational efficiencies.” Said Eric Clementson, CEO of Nayler Recruitment. “I was very happy with the speed at which the solution was deployed and the feedback from our consultants has been fantastic”.
